How To Shop Guide
This page sets out the things you should know to assist you in ordering through The U-PIC Shopping website.Prices
All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax where applicable.To convert the prices to your own currency, select a currency from the currency drop down to the right.
Payments
A recognised credit card is required for your orders. Your credit card will be charged in New Zealand Dollars for the cost of your order and any applicable postage and packaging charges. Conversion to your local currency will be handled by your credit card supplier using exchange rates set by them at the time.Store Hours
Our online store allows you to shop at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.Purchasing Goods
UPIC is arranged into stores, and then in to categories, and in some cases, subcategories. You can browse through the store you will see listings for the products that we have on offer. There may be several pages of items within each category or subcategory.Once you have found an item that you like, you can view an enlargement of the product and its details by clicking on the thumbnail image. To add the item to your order, simply select the size, colour or type as applicable that you require and then click on the 'Add to Basket' button. The product will be added to your shopping list.
You can view your the contents of your order at anytime by clicking on the 'View Basket' link in the top-left hand menu, or after adding an item to the list, by clicking the 'Check your Order' Button. From this point you can remove or change quantities of any products ordered.
You can continue to add other products to your order until you are ready to submit your order, or checkout.
The Basket will provide you with a list of the items in your order and you will be asked to enter your details, including shipping and credit card information to allow the completion of your order.
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an email confirmation of the items you have ordered. This will be sent to the email address you provide in the Checkout form.
Once we have verified your credit card, we will despatch the goods to you. Please see shipping information for more details.
